There are so many stupid fad diets out there and funneling through the junk can be a confusing pain in the ass. So here is a VERY quick and dirty break down of a few of today’s fad diets and what I think of them. Over time I will break these down further and examine the good the bad and the ugly of each. WARNING – this post isn’t funny, I just can’t be funny all the time folks.
