Soooo, once again, my partner in crime saves the day. This was a fun workout, but also a really hard one for me – especially with 95lbs! Alana did more thrusters, more hspu’s, more snatch ¬†– (and I had to do 85lbs for snatch cause I am a weak little baby), and more OH squats. I did a few more pistols to save her knee and a few extra pull-ups and du’s to help off-set all of the high skill moves that Alana carried us through. Overall, a really fun and satisfying WOD.

ALSO – I PR’d my handstand walk today!!! Not sure how far I walked…but it’s starting to feel possible. OR…I got lucky and that will never happen again.
