This was pretty tough. The C&J’s were slow and steady…I did 10-10-5-4-1 which was clearly retarded but I got really tired. The first mile run felt pretty good and I was going at a pretty decent pace…the rope climbs felt great 🙂 but by the second mile I slowed down significantly. The final 100 burpees…WOOF, all I wanted to do was be done, I was a drown dirty rat.

None of this was great…was pretty tired and I think I am getting sick. #thanksbutnothanks
I am pooped and it’s Monday. I thought those two rest days last week would have me feel in’ phresshhhh.
