I didn’t push too hard cause I feel a little beat up, especially my back and neck so I just stopped there. #sandbagnation

This was harder than I anticipated…I was really sweaty.

Assisted on the second rep because I suck at linking muscle ups. I also really really suck at dips 🙁 Feeling like I can’t get anything right. I think I need to go back to square one and relearn how to move.
