Be grateful. 

Monday’s are perhaps the worst, it’s really hard to get pumped.
As we tackle another week, start it off by writing a gratitude list. Write down 10 (or more) things that you are grateful for.
This should be easy. Our lives are good, we are all very very lucky even on our worst days. Be grateful for all that you have and have some perspective. Things could always be worse, so be happy for all that you are and all that you have.
