Remove alcohol for 5 days.
I know…this really sucks and I am sorry. But, it’s time to step it up and make this challenge hard. If you can’t live without your evening glass of wine or beer, I challenge you to go 5 days. You get 1 point for challenge #14 if you complete this task.
Alcohol is a daily presence in our lives — at celebrations, at mealtimes, and during simple leisure. However, it causes sleep disruption, dehydration, depressed mood, reduced athletic capacity, increased body fat, impaired judgement, and more. For 5 days…lets try and go alcohol free.
