Daily Challenge #15
Get 30 mins of exercise today.
It doesn’t have to be all at once, but it has to be 30 total mins of focused movement. If you are at work and can’t get away, schedule in 15 min movement breaks if possible.
If you are hitting the WOD today, you are good to go..but maybe jump on the rower before or after the workout for an extra sweat. If it’s an off day for you, try to find a way to make it happen, maybe hit the shake weight.
