Phone a friend.
Ok…you can text a friend or family member if you can’t communicate like a normal human being anymore. But reach out to someone that you don’t talk to daily. A phone call would be ideal, but a text will work as well if you must.
Take 5-10 minutes today to nurture the relationships in your life. Having a group of close friends (as little as two or three) is positively correlated with happiness and life satisfaction, yet many of us don’t put in the needed effort to maintain and cultivate our friendships. At the end of our lives, when we look back, it’s the memories we have built with family and friends that matter most.
