Try new spices.
Yes, this is your challenge today. As you know, Sundays are food prep days during the challenge. So plan ahead for the week as usual, come up with at least 3-5 meals going into the week and try adding some new flavours.
Why new spices?
Flavour enhancement—possibly inspiring reluctant eaters to enjoy nourishing foods that might otherwise be avoided as “boring” or “bland.” (Adrienne) As well as adding flavour without adding calories! Win-Win.
Spices also add a host of healthful compounds that can both lower disease risk and alleviate symptoms of existing conditions. For those of us who fitness for time..inflammation is an issue.
