Unfollow 5 people today on Instagram, Facebook, or another social media channel that makes you feel insecure on any level.
We are constantly bombarded by the perfection we see on social media. Beautiful bodies, amazing accomplishments, and other people’s highlight reels. This constant barrage of other people’s success can makes us feel like shit.
The thought is, these triggers are probably not helping you on any level so let’s do an elimination trial to see if we can free up some emotional bandwidth to focus on more productive things.
