What’s your vice? Is it drinking, overeating, partying, staying up too late, chocolate, eating full jars of peanut butter (that’s mine)…write it down and cut it out.
Identify a vice in your life, write it down, how if affects you and cut it out for the next week. If this challenge already has you cutting out your vice (partying/booze etc.) pick something else. Sugar? Too much porn? 😉 You get the idea.
