Daily Challenge #27
Since you are already eating a meatless Monday, that will be challenge enough in itself for many of you.
So, today’s challenge will be nice and easy, especially for those of you who are recovering from a weekend of competing or for those of you who do Yoga with Tucker.
Spend 20 mins minimum on mobility today. This can be at home on front of the TV, or however you like, but spend some time working on something that limits you. Ankles, shoulders, hips, hammies…you get it.
