It might be cold, but take some time today to get outdoors and spend time in nature.

Walk, run, bike, climb, ski, snowshoe, or just sit still. In doing so, you’ll connect (or reconnect) with your self, reaping the benefits of the great outdoors.

No time limit but try to get or take a walk on your lunch break and get some fresh air.
