Peace out sugar.

At the beginning of this challenge I suggested that you try to keep your sugar intake as low as possible. And although I don’t think it’s necessary to cut out sugar completely, I think it’s good to try to eat less of it.

Since many of you have been struggling to keep sugar low, I challenge you to keep your sugar to 30g or less for the day. This will be difficult, but you must track your macros closely for the day and keep that sugar intake in check.

Easy ways to reduce sugar is to cut sugary drinks, cut our sugar in your coffee, limit fruit intake, and steer clear of any processed food.
