Meditate for 10 minutes.

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down free of outside distractions.

The practice of meditation is not about emptying your mind, shutting off thoughts, or reaching some mythical state of bliss or nirvana. It’s a chance to see how much of your choices are being made unconsciously by a mind that thinks it already knows the truth of everything.

There is no “perfect” in meditation. Take 10 minutes to free your mind, away from distractions, kids, work and life stress to just breath. No hippie biz here for the meditation haters, just take some time to breath deeply and relax.
