Food prep the rainbow.
Ohhhh snap, it’s Super Bowl Sunday. I hope that doesn’t mean you are going to be filling up on guac, chips and beer today. If you are going to a SB party, bring your own healthy version of traditional party snacks.
Today’s challenge is to food prep for the week, at least 3 meals, and try to fit in all the colours of the rainbow (well, at least try to make it super colourful).
Think, leafy greens, colourful peppers, blueberries, sweet potatoes, carrots, beets, salmon etc.
