Today’s challenge is an easy one, but will require some thought and some participation.

What is something that you have always believed but recently changed your mind about?

For example, maybe you used to believe that lifting heavy would make you bulky and now you have changed your mind and realized it will help build muscle to make you stronger and more lean.

It could be diet related, lifestyle, fitness, parenting, whatever you like. Share it with the group.
