Cardio dooms day
Many of you hit the WOD’s and stay active on the regular but are missing that little boost of cardio in your life.
Today, do 45 mins of straight cardio and this does NOT include the workout of the day. It can be running, rowing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, biking, indoor cycling, stair climbing or swimming…but it cannot be walking. You must get your heart-rate elevated for 45 minutes today.
This will be challenging…especially given the weather conditions, but working cardio into your regimen 1 – 2x a week is a great habit.
