Mindful eating. 

This might come very easy to some of you, but may be more difficult for others. All your meals today must be electronic FREE. No phone, no computer, no Netflix, no TV…just you and your meal (and your family) if you have one.

It’s rare that we take the time to just sit and eat. We are always in a rush, or multi-tasking. Take time to eat your meal in peace and enjoy those around you. Think about how the food makes you feel, are you full after? Still hungry? Get to know how your body responds to certain things. Eating should become an intuitive practice.

So, put down the phone, relax, chew your food and enjoy!
