3 rounds – 3 minutes rest between rounds
Total – 7.2km

Time: 11:20, 11:00, 10:57

Was pretty similar to last time I did this on May 6.  My second round was slower this time and both my first and third rounds were slightly faster. Sooo, I guess I am somewhat consistent. Trying to run fast without Alana hot on my heels is the worst, I feel zero motivation or accountability .

Soooo, today some crazy life changes occurred andddd this is all I did.
